I've had good luck using concrete RR ties or pilings. You have to kind of think about how deep to set them so the hole you want to drill for the bolts doesn't align with the cleats that hold the track on, but IMO, they should outlast me. The lighter ones weigh about 600#, the heavier ones are over 800 (and have 21 rebars inside of them).
