Yes. Ears was what I was told by a guy who worked for FS who heard it from his brother the hog buyer. Made into chew toys for dogs.

Crazy, the things we export to China (not pig ears, apparently). Chicken feet and chopsticks. Didn't know pig anuses were a thing, though I've heard they do eat the same part of chickens.

Don't know whether to be grossed out by- or in awe of- a people who will eat the things we will send to waste without a second thought.
