begin with beef because you have to start somewhere
I was a big boy quit a while ago so Atkins was the downside beginning
and it worked clear down to 195 many things involved
exercise eating less food from supermarkets and processed foods and sugar
Now last couple years I eat things we grow a lot of not everyday by all means
potatoes maybe 4 times a month some 12 grain bread
maybe the or one key is a buckwheat or 2 cake with buttermilk and cow butter from one of my nephews jersey
and rednon salt and garlic pepper
and sometimes with beef sausage made from our own beef
I do this ever day trouble we have to grow it and our soil is so hot the darn stuff can get 6 to 8 ft tall and the darn stuff goes down and Im plant in late June maybe go to late July I don't kn
we can beef every year and I do 14 to 35 pints at a time salt sage fennel various peppers and a little garlick
and I can tell you If I ate something shouldn't of ate the next day ha ha archie
