I was going to say something similar.

If you’re not in top of your game doing what you’re doing now doing a half hearted job at no-till and then adding a cover crop to manage isn’t going to work.

It’s similar to the guy losing the farm that’s going to switch to organic, if your not doing conventional well taking away all the easy buttons isn’t going to work either.

I will add the disclaimer that sometimes you still get skunked and I will admit that, which if you need to fix major washouts as an annual event in a full tillage system I would say that system has problems working as well but apparently it doesn’t depending on who you ask.
