Subject: RE: Prilosec acid reflux question

Northeast, Nebraska
Ok guys, this is just a question I have because I am curious. Those of you who have acid reflux, do you have an ro system that you drink water out of? Or do the majority of the liquids you drink (beer, soda, bottled water, ect....) use water from an ro system? Most of the drinks you buy do. I have done a ton of research on water and I have come across where studies show that water through an ro system can cause kidney issues and other gut issues because the good minerals are taken out of the water because of the process. Minerals your body needs to be healthy. I have also learned that ro water doesn't hydrate you like natural water does. It all has to do with the electrical charge and structure of the molecules in the water. What do you guys think? Where do you get most of your liquids and do you think maybe this could be true?
