swohio | I started with nothing, got a full time job right out of high school. There's no way in heck I would give up a full time job these days. It's not a nice world renting ground anymore. I got some ground last few years just on how I did things and I also got a nice farm by me no-tiling and cover crops. A lot of my ground is small pieces and very time consuming to do. I'm super lucky that I have a number super landlords. However most landlords just want max dollars. | |
