we have these bins. www.friesenbins.com You could use these for both dry or liquid. we have not used ours for liquid but should work. Containment for liquid would be another cost. There are regs for that but most states are not big on enforcement yet. For containment look at my profile website it is another business that we do. Have been alot of places doing liner work.

Most all liquid tanks are steel. From 1000's to 1,000,000's they are made of steel. In our liner work I was the foreman for the tank lifting crew and I lifted million gallon tanks that were built in the 40's and the floors looked like new. and then some not so old had to have new floors. has too do with subgrade material and static electric in the ground, and other things.

we lifted them to put liner under them for containment.
