Rotor , as slow as it will go.
Concave, open er up until the heads come out the back still intact, you may be grinding up the heads too much.
In the morning I will check the book and post my fan, concave and shoe sieve settings.
Make sure you are not using key stock grates.
I suspect you have the concaves too far closed and are breaking up the head pads.
