McLeod County Minnesota | The lion’s share of what you buy is “inert ingredients” and manufacturers don’t disclose what they are.
I learned about inert ingredients when the druggist substituted a generic medication for the pills I had been taking which resulted in a day in the hospital with the docs trying to find the cause. One of the docs who seemed to have more on the ball than the others, looked at meds I was taking and noticed a change in manufacturer. A call to the drug manufacturer revealed the generic formulation had an ingredient that caused an allergic reaction. It doesn’t take many experiences like that to make a prudent person want to avoid anything generic.
