Basically the land is located in Central Asia and is essentially dry-land cropping that receives regular[?] flood irrigation - hence why I am wondering which is the most efficient row spacing for irrigation. The soil is very sandy, rotated with wehat, planting is normally done in March, rain falls in April and sometimes in May, after that it just gets hotter! Harvesting [picking, not stripping] takes place from September onwards. Diseases, well I don't really know too much about that side of, sorry that sounds so vague.
