Central Texas | Been in your position before so I feel your pain. The only luck I have had is with a pvc pipe and try to punch through the clods. However this was on a 30,000bu bin about half full, yours may be too deep. I have also used a 3/8 fiberglass rod...it goes through the grain alot easier. I have also tried taking out the unload auger and and run a cable through a pvc pipe with a 90 degree bend and then try and punch through it, this didn't work as good and when it plugs again you have to take the auger back out. | |
