ND | Hello all,
I was recently offered a once in a lifetime job opportunity managing a large ranch in Montana but I'm feeling guilty about leaving my current place of employment. They're decent people to work for and I feel like I'd be letting them down if I leave because I've only been working for them for 7 months. I don't want to leave them short handed but I also know that if I pass this opportunity up the chances of every finding something similar are slim to none. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks. | |
